On the opening evening will be shown 20 masterpieces from Montenegrin authors, including a 5’21 short film from H.R.H. Princess Altinaï Petrovitch Njegosh, elder daughter of H.R.H. the Crown Prince of Montenegro, entitled “De quoi les choses sont faites...” (“What things are made of...”). Her film will be in competition with:

Tomorrow evening’s program will be dedicated to the presentation of short films selected at the “Clermont-Ferrand Short Film Festival 2006” (France) and the festival of new film and video “Alternative Film/Video 2007” (Belgrade, Serbia), also including several short films from the “Talents Center” of Pančevo (Serbia).
This year, duration of video works is limited to 15 minutes; topics and recording techniques are free, and the best achievement will be selected by audience votes. Organisators of the festival Podgorica 2008 are the association “Omnibus” and the KIC “Budo Tomović”, with the financial support of the Ministry of Culture, Media and Sport of Montenegro, the desing studio “Mouse” and Podgorica daily Vijesti.
