By bringing the luminous joy of Easter in all the homes, the great celebration of the Passion and the Resurrection of Our Lord Jesus Christ will once again reaffirm to people around the world, the eternal triumph of light over darkness and life over death.

On the ocassion of the forthcoming Catholic feast of Easter, “The Feast of the feasts”, I extend my heartiest congratulations to His Excellency Archbishop Angelo Mottola, Apostolic Nuncio to Montenegro, His Grace Zef Gashi, Archbishop of Bar, His Grace Ilija Janjić, Bishop of Kotor, the Clergy, Religious and Faithful of the Catholic community of Montenegro and the diaspora.

Firmly convinced that the future of our beloved Montenegro holds in an harmonious equilibrium between all its communities — the ground of its cultural richness, may the light of the Easter dawn shine in every heart of people of goodwill, reflecting upon each of us that our lives have a deep meaning, based on mutual respect, tolerance, trust and understanding.
