H.E. Mrs. Dragana Radulovic presents her letters of credence to the Director General of the International Atomic Energy Agency
Today, this Wednesday March 11, 2009, took place at the Headquarters of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) in Vienna, Austria, an official ceremony during which H.E. Mrs. Dragana Radulović, Montenegrin Ambassador to Austria and newly appointed Resident Representative of Montenegro to IAEA, presented her letters of credence to Dr. Mohamed Mostafa El-Baradei, Director General of the Organisation and 2005 Nobel Peace Prize [1].

As Resident Representative to IAEA, Ambassador Radulović succeeds H.E. Ambassador Vesko Garčević, who has moved on to other responsibilities within the Montenegrin Ministry for Foreign Affairs.
She has served in many capacities in the course of her career, among them : Deputy Minister for the European Union (EU) and North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO), Ministry of Foreign Affairs (2007-2009), Deputy Minister for Multilateral Affairs, Ministry of Foreign Affairs (2005-2007), Advisor to the Minister, Ministry of Interior (2004), and Councillor for OSCE and Council of Europe then Senior Councillor for NATO, OSCE and Council of Europe, Ministry of Foreign Affairs (2000-2004).
Ambassador Radulović holds a Bachelor’s degree in English language and literature from the University of Montenegro, Nikšić. She speaks English, French and Italian.
