Order of Danilo I

By letters patent signed today, on Sunday May 6, 2007, His Royal Highness Crown Prince Nicolas Petrovitch Njegosh, Hereditary Grand Master of the Royal House Orders of Montenegro, invested Mr. Adelin Remy with the insignia of Knight Commander in the Order of Danilo I.

Mr. Adelin Remy, is the President since March 25, 2005, of AGEFI Luxembourg - Le Journal Financier de Luxembourg S.A. — a company publishing a financial monthly newspaper in Luxembourg — and the Editor of the Almanach de Bruxelles (AdB).

Mr. Remy was born in Brussels, Belgium on January 18, 1949. Mr. Adelin Remy, President of AGEFI Luxembourg Graduated in law (LL.D.) from the Catholic University of Leuven, Belgium (June 1972), he first worked from February 1973 until December 1980 for the Société Générale de Banque (now Fortis Banque, Belgium), where he was until July 1979 Vice-President of the European American Bank, New York, USA, in charge of Belgian and Luxembourg direct investments in the USA; and then, from July 1979 to December 1980, General Manager of the Belgian Finance Company Ltd., Hong Kong, in charge of loan syndication in Hong Kong, Korea, Taiwan and the Philippines.

Stockbroker at the Brussels Stock Exchange from November 25, 1980 to March 1995, Mr. Remy is known to have developed in 1981 the Belgian Government Bond Price Index (named the Remy Index) and in 1985, the Belgian Government Bond Return Index. In 1988 and 1989, he participated to the commissions established by the Belgian Minister of Finance to modernise the Brussels Stock Exchange (now part of Euronext) and to set up the Belgian Derivatives Market (now part of Euronext).

Since September 30, 2008, Mr. Remy is a Member of the Board of the Chambre de Commerce Belgo-luxembourgeoise (CCBL), Paris, France. He is also Member of the Cercle Royal Gaulois, Artistique et Littéraire, Brussels since 1981, of the International Club Château Sainte-Anne, Brussels since 1961, and of the Royal Golf Club de Belgique, Tervuren since 1982. Mr. Remy is married with Marie-Christine t’Serstevens and has two children.
