Today, this Monday December 4, 2006, took place in Berlaymont building, the Headquarters of the European Commission in Brussels, Belgium, an official ceremony during which H.E. Mrs. Slavica Milačić, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary, Head of Mission of the Republic of Montenegro to the European Communities (EC, EAEC), presented her letters of credence to the President of the European Commission, Mr. José Manuel Barroso.
